2. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including branding, designs, graphics, text, imagery, layouts, and portfolio work, is owned by or licensed to Michèle Renée Creative unless otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
3. Digital Products & Font Licensing
Fonts and other digital products sold through this website are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations can be offered once files have been delivered.
Unless otherwise stated, font purchases include a single-user licence for use by individual creators, freelancers, and small businesses for both personal and commercial projects. Font licences are non-transferable. If a client, organisation, agency, or additional user requires access to the font files, they must purchase their own licence unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Fonts may be used for branding, marketing materials, websites, social media content, digital assets, and printed materials within the limits of the standard licence supplied with the font.
Fonts may not be:
- Resold, redistributed, shared, or sublicensed
- Included within products where the original font files can be extracted
- Embedded within software, applications, or digital products for resale
- Used by multiple users without the appropriate licence
All fonts, digital products, and downloadable resources remain the intellectual property of Michèle Renée Creative.If your intended usage exceeds the standard licence limits, including high-volume distribution, software or app embedding, broadcast use, or multi-user access, please contact me to discuss a custom licence.
A full copy of the Font Licence Agreement is included with every font purchase and forms part of these Terms & Conditions.
4. Portfolio Work
Work displayed within the portfolio may include projects completed for clients, agencies, or collaborative teams. Any trademarks, brand names, or imagery remain the property of their respective owners.
Some projects shown may include original concepts, exploratory directions, or presentation visuals created as part of the design process, including work that was not ultimately selected or implemented.
Project outcomes and results shown are intended for illustrative purposes only and do not guarantee similar results for future clients.
5. Enquiries & Services
Submitting an enquiry through this website does not form a binding agreement or guarantee availability of services.
All project work is subject to separate proposals, contracts, timelines, and payment agreements.

This website may contain links to third-party websites or platforms. Michèle Renée Creative is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any external sites.
7. Limitation of Liability
